Chrisann’s love of yoga began in 2004 when she started working in the higher education sector in NSW. Since moving to Queensland in 2007, she has regularly practised different styles of yoga including Ashtanga, Hatha, Power Yoga, Vinyasa and Yin Yoga.
After nearly 20 years as a university lecturer, Chrisann took her love of yoga to the next level and embarked on a new journey by undertaking Yoga Teacher Training.
Chrisann helps people practise mindfulness through yoga, breathwork and meditation. It is Chrisann’s intention on her yoga journey to find self-enlightenment and inner peace, both for her own sake, and for others. Namaste.
We offer one-to-one yoga classes at clients' homes or offices, as well as small intimate group classes in community facilities or our wellness spaces in Indooroopilly and Lowood.
At our wellness space in Indooroopilly, we are grateful for the environment where we are greeted with the tranquillity of the bushland beyond the pool.
